It has always been our policy that we are not obliged to provide support for Jomres and it's plugins via the Community Forum, that the forum was for the use of Jomres users to interact with each other, and that support would be provided through the ticket system.

That said, we have been active with the forum whilst the boards were building up enough users so that it could become self-sustaining. We didn't want this to be an indefinite situation, after all support is the product we sell, and free support on the forum becomes self defeating, but we would remain active for as long as possible.

It's our judgement now that there are enough users on the Community Forum that there will always be somebody around who can help a new user, so we are now formally no long supporting users through the forum, and if you need support from us you will need to raise a support ticket via www.jomres.net/support-mainmenu-209/support-tickets

Of course, we will continue to monitor the boards to ensure that they are not abused and things keep running smoothly, and no doubt we will chip in with comments from time to time, but from now on you will need to use the ticket system if you have a question that nobody else can answer (and you have a support license).
