Dear Vincent, dear Team,

After a while, I decided to give a try with Jomres and Installed it on my Wp server this afternoon.

Then following the tutorial, I went to the pricing page, filling my datas and my credit card numbers, and when pushing the "save card details" button it displays "wait a moment for you licence key" (or something like that) then the alert message "Couldnt get license key".

I tryed many times but still the same and in my account with This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. nonetheless I get no trial license as said, but I have 7 pending payments  , each of 16,94€. It is really a mess and of course I am now afraid to be charged (although it is written in big letters that we would not).

Please can you guide me :

1) provide me a 30-days license key (I would like to take the Pay-once formula if it fits to the project)

2) suppressing at least 6 pending payments of the 7

I posted a ticket on tickets.jomres.net but there is no-one there so I came to this forum :)

I have a big and urgent project, I hope to be able to use your plugin asap ^^

Please find the screenshots attached to this message.

Thank you very much for your help :woohoo:

It looks like Vince disabled 30 day free trial for now. After you enter your info the screen goes red.

Trials are automatically cancelled if they are unable to be converted to full subscriptions after the 30 days are up.

Hello Vince,

I finally suceeded in "add a new property" and make appear the front-end menu after something nearly a month that's to say my trial period.

Unfortunately, Jomres is too difficult for my project and I don't want to continue.

After I read from you " Trials are automatically cancelled if they are unable to be converted to full subscriptions after the 30 days are up. " I believed that the trail would stop by itself. Unfortunately I checked today - it is the 30rd day - that I have been charged for a essential license I did not ask for I am so confused :\

Please would you mind stop my license and refound me from this unexpected charge ?
I was unable to suppress my account but able to cancel the "new unwanted license".

Thank you for your help and understanding.

ABOUT US

vince picDeveloped and maintained by Vince Wooll, Jomres was initially conceived in early 2005 as a Mambo based solution to a client’s hotel management needs. While it wasn't originally expected to be an online booking system it quickly morphed into one as users requested more and more features.

As the number of feature requests grew Vince knew that he would need to dedicate more time to the project and in July 2005 Jomres was formally released as a commercial project. Since then, Jomres has become one of Mambo’s, and now Joomla’s, longest running projects. It has survived various versions of Mambo, then Joomla 1.0, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 2.5 and 3.

Aladar joined the project in 2010 after using Jomres for his own projects. He was active on the forum, helping other members of the community and eventually Vince invited him to join the team. Between 2010 and 2018 he was an integral part of the project and made many significant contributions.

Whilst not formally part of the Jomres project, Rodrigo Rocco and Vince have become firm friends. Rod is a freelancer who specialises in doing custom work for Jomres users and developing custom plugins for the system that take advantage of it's modular design. He has built many useful extensions including his fabulous Valentina Template Override Package.
