Does somebody know if the "A step to pdf" plugin is still being maintained?

I still have it installed, but it causes an error and the download site appears to be not available anymore. Perhaps something similar has been integrated into Jomres in the meantime (which I might have missed)?

I haven't heard anything about it in ages. Open the files, what license were they released under?

Seems that Marinhio (last login here about one year ago) didn't bother to add his own license text anywhere in the files. The plugin mainly consists of tcpdf library files (GPL, LGPL, etc) and a few modified Jomres files.

Zip 'em up and attach them to a ticket and I'll take a look at it for you, JK.

No promises, but I'll see if there's anything I can do for you.

It's not important, just nice to have. Believe it or not - our Jomres website does get some traffic, but we didn't receive a single booking through this website since I did publish it in 2015. Americans rather use booking.com vrbo.com, etc., even if they have to pay additional fees there to book the same property.

I'll send the zip anyway...:)

I currently get these error messages when I try to send a ticked with a zip file attached:

We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again
Sorry, we encountered a problem (invalid department). Please start over.

Tried three departments and also disabled a link.
Will try again later.

Jomres has it's own pdf handling now, it doesn't use the step to pdf plugin, instead it uses a different class to build pdfs.

ABOUT US

Vince portrait smallaladar

Developed and maintained by Vince Wooll and Aladar Barthi, Jomres was initially conceived in early 2005 as a Mambo based solution to a client’s hotel management needs. While it wasn't originally expected to be an online booking system it quickly morphed into one as users requested more and more features.

As the number of feature requests grew Vince knew that he would need to dedicate more time to the project and in July 2005 Jomres was formally released as a commercial project. Since then, Jomres has become one of Mambo’s, and now Joomla’s, longest running projects. It has survived various versions of Mambo, then Joomla 1.0, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 2.5 and 3.

Aladar joined the project in 2010 after using Jomres for his own projects. He was active on the forum, helping other members of the community and eventually Vince invited him to join the team. He has since become an integral part of the project and has contributed significantly to it's development over the years.

Whilst not formally part of the Jomres project, Rodrigo Rocco and the team have become firm friends. Rod is a freelancer who specialises in doing custom work for Jomres users and developing custom plugins for the system that take advantage of it's modular design. He has built many useful extensions including his fabulous new Valentina Template Package.
