Jomres 9.25.0 has been released

This version has all of the language files updated.

Over the years I have relied on users contributing their language files back to the project. Over time new definitions are added to those files and up until now, those definitions have always been added in English.

For this version I have updated the language files with the help of our friend Google translate. As a result some of the translations are likely to be a little iffy, so if you want to contribute any corrected language files back to the project, I'll be happy to add them.

I'm in the process of translating plugin language files but this is pretty time consuming as there are some 4,000 files to update in the 200 plugins.

As of this point, I am not accepting any new languages into the project (e.g. languages that are not already included, such as Klingon).

The Quickstarts have all been updated with this new version of Jomres.
