To add a single person supplement, simply go to Property Configuration-> Supplements tab and set Single person supplements to Yes, and enter the amount you wish to charge. The supplement will be added to the total price when a booking is made for one person.

Jomres is smart. If a booking has two people and the booking includes two rooms, it'll see that there is just one person in each room and in this scenario it'll charge the Single Person Supplement twice, so you'll always be able to maximise your room's potential.
