This version brings a couple of new features...

As well as a few tweaks and improvements, there's a little new functionality added.

1. Admin Options levels. In the admin area the UI is made leaner and simpler due to a new setting (Site Config > Misc tab, first option) that removes the bulk of options. The three options available are Basic, Common and Everything.
2. Initial setup configuration. On installation you're given the option to decide if you'll allow analytics to be collected anonymously (not added yet, but it's nice to get permission anyway) and if your site is a single property or multi-property site.
3. New "New property" button in admin Cpanel so that you can quickly get to the New Property page in the frontend.

As well as those changes, the Syndicate property handling has been significantly updated to improve performance, both on the local server and on the server's being queries. Syndicate output has had it's layout improved too. Syndicate properties are only shown on sites that don't have an active license.

Photo view property name has been shortened to prevent layout issues, and a new warning has been added to the frontend if Development mode is enabled.

9.23.4 The plugin manager is now delivered unencoded, thereby removing an obstacle to adoption.
