The List Bookings page is where you are likely to spend a lot of time, apart from the Dashboard. It allows you to view all bookings, by default for the current property but using the filter you can also choose to list all bookings for all properties.
The bookings are viewable in a tabulated form, and most columns can be clicked to allow you to change the order the bookings are sorted by. Additionally buttons at the beginning of each time give you the most likely action you'll want to perform on that booking. Under the "More" dropdown you are also able to perform more actions against that booking such as view the booking's details, changing it, add a service etc.
You can choose which columns you want to show using the Show/Hide Columns button.
There is also a List Bookings Filter that allows you to filter the list by date interval and other parameters.
The Booking Enquiries feature allows managers to approve bookings before they're formally accepted into the system. The feature is enabled through the "Property/Business Configuration -> Bookings tab -> Bookings require approval or availability confirmation?" option. The Approval process works as follows : Guest makes a booking. The booking is created as normal, however rooms are not blocked yet. The unapproved booking is viewable in the bookings page. From the "More" dropdown the manager can approve a booking. When the booking is approved an email is sent to the guest, containing a link to the confirmation page. When they click this link the guest is taken back to the Confirmation page. If gateways are configured at this point then they will be able to make their payment. Once payment is made then the booking is marked as paid. Note : Bookings can also be rejected via the booking list.
Note : Bookings made by managers are automatically approved.
